What people say:

“I have been a regular pupil of Nefra's in both her Nia and Ready to Dance classes since April 2008. She is an excellent teacher, bringing a healing and developmental aspect to
her movement classes.
The classes provide excellent exercise, but are also extremely effective in developing self awareness of how one use one's body, contributing to both long term health and creativity. The classes are also tremendous fun!”

Past Venues
I have offered regular classes in Nia since 2008 at various venues including The Tango Club first in Covent Garden and then at London Bridge where I also covered Tango classes and taught Ready to Dance. Following The Tango Club's closure at the end of 2014, from 26 April 2016 - 30 May 2019 I offed regular open classes and courses as listed above at effraspace, a family wellbeing venue in South London just near Brockwell Park in Herne Hill with its popular Lido and the buzzing multi-cultural hub of Brixton.

Private Coaching:
If you see no regular classes at this time, I am available also for private coaching sessions to focus on your specific movement needs and aspirations. Please contact me if you would like to delve a little deeper into alignment, freedom, ease and enjoyment in your movement. An investment in your most enduring asset ... your body ... is always a wise one!
